Our experience with IHE was extremely positive! We had solar panels installed on the roof of our home and the process was very smooth. Jason communicated with us consistently throughout the process and any time there was an issue (weather delay or any other small snag) he was on top of communicating it to us and returned our texts or emails promptly. The crew that came to our home was professional and helpful. We were nervous at first to go with a local company (as we initially had it in our heads that we *should* go with one of the bigger guys), but working with IHE has been great and has far exceeded our expectations! Since our installation we have heard horror stories about customer service with larger companies and that couldnt be farther from our experience with IHE. We would highly recommend this company!

Integrated home energy did a wonderful job with the solar panel installation. Beginning from the proposal and custom solar panel procurement, we had to go back and forth a few times, they were pro active all along, we were done with the installation weeks ahead. I'm very happy with their job.

I was a former Pink energy customer, and when they went chapter 7 I was stuck with a system that wasn't operational for well over 8 months, once the dust settled Generac gave me a list of solar providers in my area, which ended up also being a hassle with SunNove cause they made me wait 2 months before telling me they didn't have techs that can service my area...

Then I called integrated, and from the first phone call, to them, in a timely manner fixed my system after almost a year without consistent service! Jason the owner/operator was very nice, and helpful and can't thank them enough for there patience and service!
